Encaste Cosecha It is a young red wine (without barrel aging) produced by Bodega Doña Felisa (Chinchilla Wines), located in the Serranía de Ronda, Málaga, under the Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) Sierras de Málaga.

It is mainly made with a blend of Syrah grapes (around 60%) and Merlot (40%) in classic versions, although recent vintages such as 2024 also include Tempranillo, Garnacha, and Petit Verdot, with manual night harvesting in 15 kg boxes to preserve freshness.

Tasting Notes:

• Appearance: Intense currant red color with a violet rim, clean and bright, medium-high intensity.
• Nose: Frank aromas of ripe red and black fruits (currant, blackberry, cherry, strawberry), with floral touches (white flowers), black pepper and subtle spices.
• Palate: Clean and pleasant entry, fresh, smooth, and luscious, with soft tannins, balanced acidity, and sweet fruit notes. Long and persistent finish, with fruity retronasal. Alcohol content around 13.5%.
  It’s a fresh and versatile wine, ideal for drinking young. It doesn’t undergo artificial stabilization, so natural sediment may appear.

Recommended serving temperature: 16-18°C.
Pairing: Perfect with grilled meats, roasts, game, Manchego cheeses, grilled tuna, roasted vegetables, or everyday Mediterranean dishes.
