White tequila made from Tequilana Weber blue agave grown in the sun for at least 6 years near the foothills of the Colima volcano in Jalisco, Mexico.
Aerobic organic fermentation, the tanks are uncovered and the oxygen and bacteria help the process and make it more natural. In our case we have citrus trees near the tanks that give it a particular aroma.
Double distillation is performed at a plant near the Colina volcano in Sayula.
