It differs from the standard version by using larger beans (fabes) and smoked sausages with a more intense flavor, made with selected ingredients, many of them from Asturias, for a more authentic and robust result.

It is a 100% natural prepared dish, gluten-free, without preservatives or artificial coloring, cooked directly in the can like in a traditional pressure cooker. Ideal for those looking for a high-quality fabada without hours of cooking.
