Young red wine Talento young coupage with semi-carbonic maceration.

VISUAL, OLFACTORY AND TASTE PHASE
Young red wine of high robe, violet color with cherry red trim. The nose presents aromas of red and black fruits such as blueberry, plum and cherry, with notes of white pepper and dill. The palate is fruity, easy to drink and with good acidity.

Serving temperature 13-16 Degrees 14º.

PAIRING
We propose a pairing with local products such as a cured cheese from the Alpujarra and red meats with great flavor.

Our winery takes its name from the municipality where it is located: Fuente Victoria. With just over 200 inhabitants, it is part of the Alpujarra region of Almeria: a valley with a great tradition in the cultivation of vines, but an unknown on the Spanish wine map. We have the most modern technology for the elaboration and the desire to put the wines of Laujar, in the place it deserves.
