Barbadillo Fino Sherry 75cl

Barbadillo Fino Sherry is a dry fino wine, made from the Palomino Fino grape, which has been aged under the criaderas and soleras system in the Barbadillo winery, located in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, Spain. This aging process under a layer of yeasts known as flor gives this wine its distinctive pale straw color and a fresh, elegant character. On the nose, almond and olive aromas predominate, while the palate is dry, light, and well balanced, with a saline touch reminiscent of the sea. Perfect with appetizers such as Serrano ham, seafood, soft cheeses and soups. It is a wine that should be served well chilled to bring out its nuances. With an alcohol content of 15%, it is best enjoyed in a glass of white wine.
