Pata Negra DO Mancha, Oak: Made from Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot grapes. Aged in oak barrels for 2 months where it takes its personality and expressiveness. Once the aging process is completed, the wine is racked, clarified and filtered for subsequent bottling.
This Iberian fauna edition is inspired by 3 of the most characteristic animal species of our country, in this case, the Iberian lynx represents the DO Mancha.
Tasting Notes:
Dark red cherry color with purple trim. Intense aromas of black and red berries, integrated with toasted and spicy notes acquired from its time in barrel. The palate is tasty and balanced with a fruity aftertaste.
