This brand was founded in 1896 and is one of the two distilleries that are still active in this town, famous for its anise spirits for centuries.

It is handcrafted using natural distillation in antique stills, “drop by drop,” a process that lasts several days. It uses star anise, high-quality alcohol (often molasses-based), softened mountain water, and sugar to achieve its characteristic sweetness. It includes a secret formula passed down through generations known as “Essence of the Angels,” which gives it a unique bouquet with herbal and mountain notes.
