Canasta Zero 75 cl is a sweet fortified wine from the Jerez-Xérès-Sherry Designation of Origin (D.O.), produced by Williams & Humbert. It is a sweet Oloroso or Cream Sherry, made from Palomino and Pedro Ximénez grapes, with a silky, warm and balanced profile, and an alcohol content of 19.5% vol.

Its production begins with second-press musts and a blend of Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez wines. It is then aged through oxidative ageing using the traditional criaderas and soleras system, in 500-litre American oak casks, for a minimum average of six years. This process gives it its complex character, its mahogany colour and a smooth, enveloping texture, which is very characteristic of Cream de Jerez wines.

Visually, it has a dark, brilliant and elegant mahogany colour. On the nose, it offers aromas of nuts, particularly walnuts, alongside notes of raisins, figs, caramelised sugar and hints of wood. On the palate, it is velvety, full-bodied and sweet, with a warm sensation derived from its alcohol content and a lingering finish where the notes of dried fruit and caramel reappear. It is an excellent choice for those seeking a sweet, classic and easy-to-enjoy sherry.

Canasta Zero can be served as an aperitif or as a dessert wine. It pairs very well with nuts, blue cheeses, cream cheeses, foie gras, meats with rich sauces, spicy dishes, pastries, ice cream, chocolate desserts, citrus fruits and red berries. It is also very versatile in cocktails: it can be served over ice with orange juice and mint, or mixed with iced tea, lime-lemonade and fresh lime. The recommended serving temperature is between 12 and 14 °C.
