It is located in the landscapes of Yecla, an emblematic place where the essence of the Mediterranean is sought.

Intense purplish red. Well-defined black and red fruit with a complex background of oak, pastries, balsamic, spices and vanilla notes. Smooth and unctuous on the palate.

Serving temperature. 16-18 ºC
Mainly Monastrell (90%) from vineyards over 15 years old, with just the right amount of Cabernet Sauvignon (10%) to enrich its spectrum of flavors. Mediterranean style. From limestone soil. Lovingly harvested by hand. Aged in French oak barrels for a minimum of 6 months.

The first of the collection. A striking, very original, classic red wine from the D.O. Yecla, Spain. Colorful and rich inside and out.

A classic wine for unconventional times

The grapes come from old vines over 15 years old with low yields under irrigation, located in an extreme climate with very cold winters and very hot summers.

The grapes are harvested by hand in 20 kg boxes and vinified in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 24ºC, allowing maceration for 21 days.

Aging after malolactic fermentation consists of aging in new French and American oak barrels for a minimum period of 10 months.
