Valdespino Reserva Sherry Vinegar 250 ml is a gourmet vinegar made from sherry wines and aged in American oak casks using the traditional criaderas and soleras system. Its deep aromatic profile, balanced acidity and notes of wood, nuts and caramel make it an essential ingredient in Andalusian cuisine.

To qualify as a ‘Reserva’, the vinegar is aged for a minimum of two years in sherry casks. During this process, it acquires an intense mahogany colour, a fuller-bodied texture and a complex, rounded and persistent flavour. Valdespino produces this variety using wines made from the Palomino grape variety, which has historical links to the Marco de Jerez region.

Its 250 ml bottle features a handy pourer, making it easy to measure out precise amounts. Due to its concentrated aroma, it is recommended to use it sparingly to bring out the flavours of each dish.
