Porto Muiños Seaweed Salad in Organic Olive Oil 120g combines the richness of the marine treasures of the Galician coasts with the softness of organic extra virgin olive oil. Each seaweed -selected for its flavor and texture- is carefully cleaned and prepared to preserve its nutritional properties and its characteristic marine touch. When combined with the organic olive oil, a salad of balanced nuances is obtained, where the saline notes of the seaweed harmonize with the fruity and delicate flavor of the oil.

Porto Muiños Seaweed Salad in Olive Oil Bio 120g is a combination of three different seaweeds, which gives it a variety of textures and flavors:

• Algae Used:

  1. Wakame(Undaria pinnatifida): Provides softness.

  2. Kombu(Laminaria spp. or ochroleuca): Provides intense flavor and a meatier texture.

  3. Sea Spaghetti(Himanthalia elongata): Provides a crunchy and elongated texture.

• Dressing: The dressing is simple, using mainly extra virgin olive oil (together with sunflower oil and sea salt in the covering liquid) to soften the marine flavor and facilitate direct consumption.

• Certification: The product is BIO/Ecological certified(ES-ECO-022-GA), which guarantees that the seaweed and olive oil come from organic farming/production.

• Format: It is presented in a 120 grams net weight can (with an approximate drained weight of 90g).
