It is made with Montilla-Moriles Reserva vinegar and Moscatel grape must, with preservative E-224 (contains sulfites). This vinegar has a slightly sweet and Mediterranean flavor profile thanks to the Moscatel grape, which makes it versatile for culinary use. It is recommended for dressing tomato salads (balancing their acidity), marinating or pickling oily fish and enhancing sweet salads with raisins or nuts.
