AGEING: Wine with 12 years of biological aging under “velo de flor” through the system of soleras and criaderas in American oak casks. It is bottled “en rama”, directly from the barrel without any type of filtering or prior stabilization, a circumstance that will not influence its evolution as it is a very stable and structured wine.
TASTING NOTES: Intense aged gold color, its long aging means that the veil of flor may have suffered some weakening causing its slight oxidation.
Powerful, vibrant, with strong aromas of yeast and iodized touches. The wine is smooth and substantial on the palate, with a very long finish.
