Aceites La Matilla is a family-owned premium extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) producer based in Carmona, Seville, Spain. Operating on a 40-hectare estate with centuries-old olive groves, they specialize in hand-harvested and cold-pressed oils using traditional methods such as esparto mats. Its oils, which include Arbequina, Picual, Hojiblanca, Arbosana and a coupage (Arbequina/Picual), are produced prioritizing quality and sustainability, incorporating organic practices. The history of the farm dates back more than 150 years, and olive cultivation in the region dates back to Roman times.
