Arbequina Gourmet Extra Virgin Olive Oil is harvested at dawn, by hand and ultra-early in late September and October and produced in less than 6 hours between the harvesting of the olives and the production of the Arbequina Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Between 6-7 kilos of olives are needed to produce a 50 cl bottle. The traditional milling is done cold and by means of a hood as it was done in the past.
