Marketed as “Explosión Vermut de Jerez,” these olives are designed to complement the growing popularity of vermouth as an aperitif, with a 17% increase in domestic consumption of vermouth in Spain between May 2019 and May 2020. • Type: Green olives Manzanilla Fina (Gran Selección), hand selected for their firm texture and superior quality.
• Filling: 6% vermouth paste with Denomination of Origin (D.O.) Jerez, which offers an authentic and intense vermouth flavor with a slightly sweet and herbaceous profile.
• Ingredients: Water, green olives (Manzanilla Fina variety), vermouth filling (6%, includes vermouth, aroma, stabilizer: sodium alginate), salt, flavor enhancer (monosodium glutamate), acidulants (citric acid, lactic acid), spices, antioxidant (ascorbic acid). Contains sulfites.
