Harveys Bristol Cream 50 cl is the iconic Sherry wine (D.O. Jerez-Xérès-Sherry) best-selling in the world, a sweet and creamy Cream Sherry from the Harveys winery (part of González Byass for years). Launched in 1882, it is famous for its iconic blue bottle (Bristol blue), which changes shade with the cold thanks to a thermochromic label in some versions.

• Type: Cream Sherry (sweet blend). Blend of more than 30 different wines: Fino, Amontillado, Oloroso (80% Palomino Fino base) and Pedro Ximénez (20% for sweetness and creaminess). Aged using the solera and farm system (average age 3-20 years).
• Color: Dark mahogany with golden or antique amber highlights.
• Tasting notes: Nose: Delicate, fruity, and fresh; notes of raisins, dried figs, caramel, toffee, nuts, and a hint of caramelized apples.
• Palate: Smooth, creamy, and balanced; moderate sweetness (not cloying), medium-high body, with flavors of nuts, caramel, vanilla, aged wood, and a long, velvety finish. Elegant and approachable.
• Alcohol content: 17,5% vol.
• Serving temperature: 12-14 °C (slightly cool) or at room temperature. The thermochromic label indicates the ideal point by cooling it.

Recommended pairing: Ideal as a dessert or digestif: with aged or blue cheeses (Stilton, Roquefort), chocolate desserts, dried fruits, apple pies, foie gras, pâtés, or even roasted meats. Very versatile in cocktails (for example, with ice and orange).
