Tasting note
Olive green oil.
Nose: fruity of high intensity with predominance of green leaf that stands out on the green freshly cut grass, also perceived in medium intensity, notes of tomato in harmony with green leaf.
Palate: it offers a medium intensity of bitterness and spiciness that combine in a balanced way. The leaf green is perceived again, although this time with greater persistence.
Prepared by
Early harvest extra virgin olive oil, harvested in the first days of November in the Sierra de Cazorla. Obtained directly from olives and only by mechanical processes.
It is extracted from selected olives and cold, at a temperature below 25º by centrifuging the crushed olives, thus obtaining an olive juice covered by the Quality Mark.
Exhaustive control of the rest of the processes, milling, filtering, storage and packaging.
Pairing
Premium quality oil. We recommend its use raw, to enhance the flavors of meats and fish, in salads, toasts.
