Gamblue Semi-sweet White Wine Blue County of Huelva, 75cl

From the color of the sky that illuminates our land, the first blue frizzante of the County springs from its entrails. The golden color of the sun that colors our Zalema grapes becomes a clean and crystalline blue thanks to the use of natural pigments. A different must, with a smooth and pleasant taste, with all the character of Doñana.

Tasting Notes
Color: it has an outstanding bright blue and transparent, clean and bright.
Nose: very fruity aroma, reminiscent of mango, peach skin and apple, with floral character.
Palate: very expressive, balanced, tasty, fresh and easy to drink. Very smooth and pleasant entry, fresh, due to its high acidity.

Food pairing: recommended for white fish and seafood, it can also be enjoyed alone as an aperitif, where it shows its maximum expression.
Serve at 5º C.
