It has a white label, according to Spanish regulations, indicating its origin and feeding method. The ham is cured between 24 and 36 months, which gives it a mild, balanced flavor, with a firm, juicy texture and shiny white fat. It is more affordable than acorn-fed ham, offering good quality with a milder flavor.
