El Bocoy de José Páez Sherry Whisky, 70cl
This is a blended whisky that was born in Scotland and has been aged for 12 years in oak casks in the British country and a further year carrying out a second maturation in casks that had once housed sherry wines. This extra aging is carried out in the centenary winery Dios Baco, located in the heart of Jerez de la Frontera.

- Appearance: Amber caramel color.
- Nose: Sweet character with notes of toffee and popcorn and light hints of walnut and fresh green apple.
- Palate: On the palate it leaves notes of green apples, herbal hints, soft oak and a pinch of sweet licorice. Add a drop of water and you will discover new flavors of flaxseed oil and almond oil.
- Consumption: Alone or with ice in a wide glass or combined with a little water.
