Tasting: The nose has aromas of maturity, red fruits, floral and spicy notes with hints of pepper and bay leaf. Great elegance in the mouth with very polished and silky tannin with expectations of further improvement with bottle time. Ample, flavorful and intense with a length on the palate of extreme quality. Its measured and integrated natural acidity provides rich freshness on the palate.
Temperature: We recommend serving between 16 and 18 °C.
Pairing: Red meats, game, roasts, spicy cuisine.
Aging: Crianza red wine. Aged 10 months in oak barrels. Organic, natural and biodynamic.
