PGI: Vino de la Tierra de Cádiz (Cádiz Regional Wine)
Aging: 11 months in French and American oak barrels of two/three years of age.
Grapes: Tempranillo, Petit Verdot, Syrah, Tintilla de Rota
Appearance: Deep, dark cherry color. Seduces by its deep ruby red color almost black, high layer
Nose: Captivating aromas of ripe red fruit integrated with the wood, with light notes of vanilla and licorice.
Palate: Surprising for its soft, sweet and ample entry with soft tannins and good persistence.
Its particular flavor is the ideal accompaniment to traditional stews, wood-grilled meats, cured Iberian cured meats, game and cured cheeses. Best consumed at a serving temperature between 16º and 18 ºC. Both as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to a meal, serve in a wine glass.
