AGING SYSTEM
Wine subjected to oxidative aging in American oak barrels by the system of criaderas and soleras. Average age of 10 years.
TASTING NOTES
Sweet wine with a very dark amber color. Aromas of raisins, honey, ripe fruit and sweet spices. The palate is full, complex and closes with a memory of fresh raisins wrapped in well-integrated wood aromas.
PAIRING
It can accompany starters such as aged or cured cheeses. As a dessert it is unique, it can be served with ice as a drink that combines perfectly with ice cream, sweets and desserts, especially with chocolate.
