Miura Anís Seco 70 Cl is a dry aniseed brandy made by Destilerías de Cazalla, located in Cazalla de la Sierra, in the Sierra Norte of Seville, Spain. Caballero Group.
It is handmade following a centuries-old recipe inherited from the Franciscan monks who lived in the Convento de los Diezmos, part of the old Convent of San Francisco.
The process consists of carefully selecting the best matalahúva (anise) seeds, which are distilled in century-old stills to create a delicate and fine anise with bright sparkles, distinctive aniseed aromas and a smooth taste on the palate.
With an alcohol content of 50% and usually bottled in 70 cl formats, it is ideal for after-dinner drinks or as a key ingredient in a classic carajillo (Spanish coffee drink with liqueur).
