This Hacienda offers us to Buy Young Red Wine of its harvest. This wine is bottled in bottles with a format of 75 centiliters. Whose total annual production is 10,000 bottles. It is a young red wine aged with a variety of Petit Verdot, Tintilla de Rota and Syrah. It is a very balanced blend. The grapes are selected by hand. Being a limited production we can perfectly say that it is an exclusive product. In addition to being exclusive, it is of excellent quality. We can also say that it has a maceration of 5 days, soft pressing and the paste was fermented at 25º C. for 8 days. After fermentation, it is transferred to the barrel to carry out the malolactic fermentation in wood. Finally, the last step to achieve this wonderful result is its subsequent aging in French oak wood for 4 months.

As far as the tasting is concerned, we can say that at first sight it has a cherry red color with violet reflections. Appearance of cleanliness and brilliance, in addition to great density. Regarding its smell, it reminds us of blackberry, strawberry, tea leaf, mint and violets, all very balanced. Finally, the most important, the taste.
