Produced by Wineryon, one of the most modern and innovative winemaking projects in the country. DEMUERTE ONE is presented as a new commitment to updating traditional winemaking systems. A work that bets on patience and quality, without renouncing to design and new flavors.

Vines over 15 years old with low yields under irrigation. Extreme climate with very cold winters and very hot summers.

Harvested by hand, in boxes of 20 kilos. Vinified in stainless steel tanks at 24ºC temperature. Long maceration for 21 days.

Malolactic fermentation and subsequent aging in French Allier oak barrels for a minimum of 6 months.

One of the features of this new presentation is its luminescent label.

Tasting: Cherry red color. Intense nose, sweet, with abundant ripe red fruit, spicy and soft toasted nuances. The palate is medium-bodied, soft tannin, somewhat earthy, good acidity and smoothness.
