Glorioso Crianza Rioja 75 CL is a red wine from Bodegas Palacio, in the sub-region of Rioja Alavesa, Rioja, Spain. Made mainly from Tempranillo grapes (often 100%), it is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and another 12 months in bottle, which qualifies it as a Crianza according to DOCa Rioja regulations. It has an alcohol content of around 13.5% and is known for its ruby red color with violet highlights, offering aromas of ripe red fruit, vanilla and spices, with a balanced, smooth palate and soft tannins. It pairs well with meats, stews and aged cheeses. Recent vintages, such as the 2019, have been praised for their elegance and value for money, often scoring over 90 points from critics such as James Suckling.
