Main characteristics:

• Type of wine: Manzanilla, which is a type of sherry wine.

• Origin: Produced exclusively in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, in the province of Cádiz, Andalusia.

• Grapes: 100% Palomino.

• Winemaking: It undergoes biological aging under a layer of yeast called “velo de flor”, which gives it its unique characteristics.

• Alcoholic graduation: Approximately 15% Vol.

• Color: Pale and bright straw yellow, often with greenish reflections.

• Aroma: Fresh and delicate, with floral, citrus and almond notes and a distinctive saline touch, which is attributed to the proximity of the winery to the sea.
