Our Pata Negra Cava winery is located on top of a hill that slopes gently down to the Mediterranean Sea in Vilanova i La Geltrú, Barcelona. The winery is surrounded by an estate of 125 hectares of vineyards with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Tempranillo and Chardonnay varieties.

Appearance: Pale pink cava with small bubbles.
Taste: In the mouth it is a pleasant, full-bodied cava with a fruity and fresh aftertaste.
Aroma: Aromatic profile with notes of dehydrated red fruits and hints of citrus peel.
Type of grapes: Made from a selection of Trepat and Pinot Noir grapes, it follows the traditional method of fermentation in the bottle and finally remains in caves at less than 16ºC, in the dark until fully matured.
Consumption: To enjoy its optimum qualities, we recommend serving it cold, at a temperature between 4ºC and 6ºC.
Food pairing: This rosé cava is ideal as an aperitif and goes well with toasts and salads.
