Martes Santo Tridestilada Flor de Iris is distilled in a centenary still heated by oak wood, up to three times, the best grain alcohol together with very high quality botanicals, previously selected.
In addition, in the last distillation, iris petals are added to give it its distinctive color.
All this results in a very fine authentic gin, the result of its slow distillations, in which a balance between the alcohol and the botanicals used can be appreciated.
