Red Tomato Jam from Los Palacios, 220gr.

Both the fried tomato, jams and homemade ratatouille are handmade over low heat, using a cooking time between three hours and three and a half hours, achieving a slow and appropriate reduction of the raw material, and obtaining only a jar of 365 g of fried tomato for every kilo and three hundred and fifty grams of natural tomato. The raw material with which we elaborate our products comes from our own farm, we harvest tomatoes of varieties that put flavor before mass production and are harvested by hand at their optimum ripeness. Our tomatoes are of the smooth round type, not industrial varieties, which gives us a unique product. They have the Los Palacios Tomato Collective Brand and Global Gap certification, which certifies good agricultural practices, concern for the environment and consumer welfare, providing a distinctive quality to our products.
