SoHo’s Rosé Fino Spritz is a refreshing Andalusian sparkling wine, made with Fino de Jerez and aromas of grapefruit, mint and rhubarb, ideal as an aperitif or light cocktail thanks to its low alcohol content of 5.5%. Its origin goes back to the Sherry Cobbler cocktail, popular in the 1830s in the USA, and its success is attributed to Martha King, the first woman bartender in the history of American cocktails, who popularized it at Niblo’s Garden in New York.
