Olive oil of superior category obtained directly from previously selected olives of the area and elaborated only by means of mechanical procedures. This Extra Virgin Olive Oil is extracted from the native variety Lechín, wisely mixed with manzanillo, verdial and alameño olives among others. It comes from the Sierra de Cádiz, a corner of Andalusia where the olive tree is cared for with deep respect for the environment and traditional harvesting methods are still maintained. The result is an oil of unique character.

The conditions of the area are the best for the production of the highest quality oil; altitude above sea level, harvesting methods and soil fertility. Then the olives from which our oils are produced are selected at the facilities of the Los Remedios-Picasat Cooperative. This is done on the basis of its state of maturity and health.
