Tasting Notes:

• Appearance: It has an attractive orange or golden hue, directly evoking the color of ripe mango pulp. It is bright and clear.

• Nose: Intense, exotic mango notes predominate, with a subtle background of the herbal and spicy notes typical of a gin (such as juniper) that balance the fruity sweetness.

• Palate: It is a smooth, fruity, and enveloping gin. It highlights the juicy and tropical sweetness of mango, which is not cloying. The flavor is notably refreshing, as if tasting freshly cut fruit. The finish is clean, sweet, and slightly persistent.

Pairing and Consumption:

This gin is designed to be enjoyed in refreshing cocktails:

• Ideal Combination: It is recommended to mix it with neutral tonic or lemon-lime (or lemon) soda, with plenty of ice and accompanied by a slice or pieces of fresh mango to enhance the flavor.

• Style: It is an ideal option for tropical cocktails or for those who prefer spirits with a sweeter and fruitier flavor profile than traditional dry gins.
