- It is characterized by a pale onion red color. The nose is intense and frank, very fruity with hints of cherry, red currant and red apple. The palate is silky but powerful, with an intense aftertaste.

- The clusters of Tintilla de Rota are 100% destemmed and vatted by gravity. The skins are in contact with the must for 4 hours. The must is fermented at low temperature and spends 6 months on its fermenting lees.
