It is a premium version of Jack Daniel’s Tennessee whiskey. It is selected barrel by barrel to offer greater character, complexity, and quality than the traditional Old No. 7. It is bottled at a higher proof and comes from carefully selected individual barrels.

• Volume: 70 cl (standard version in Europe and Spain)
• Alcohol: 45% (90 proof)
• Type: Tennessee Whiskey (filtered with maple charcoal, like all Jack Daniel’s)
• Age: No age declaration (generally between 4 and 8 years). The barrels are selected from the highest areas of the warehouses for greater wood influence.

Flavor Profile:

• Nose: Sweet caramel, vanilla, ripe banana, butterscotch, honey, and toasted oak with spicy notes.
• Palate: Rich in caramel, brown sugar, vanilla, maple, banana, toasted oak, cinnamon, and a hint of pepper and charcoal. It has more body and a smoother texture than regular Jack Daniel’s.
• Finish: Medium-long, sweet, with spicy oak and pleasant warmth.

It is sweeter, more intense, and has greater depth than the classic Old No. 7, but it remains very approachable and enjoyable for most consumers.
