Fino la Janda is a classic fino from Jerez that has the peculiarity of its long aging that reaches 10 years. Precisely because of its long permanence under flor, it combines the sharp character of the finos with a solvency and body in the mouth that make it very special.

La Janda Fino Sherry 75cl Pale golden color and bright appearance, with strong and sharp aroma, very vegetal, with notes of yeast and almonds. Its flavor is dry on the palate while elegant and long, slightly warm, with a good persistence in the mouth.

Ideal to accompany cold meats, mainly Iberian ham. It also goes perfectly with all kinds of fish: seafood, anchovies, clams, baked fish and Japanese food.
