The Carmen Lupiañez cakes are an olive oil cake, a product of traditional flavor, achieved by its special fruity extra virgin olive oil of the hojiblanca variety, together with the mixture of wheat flour, sugar, almonds, green aniseed (matalahúga), cinnamon and yeast.

The care taken in the selection of each of these top quality, 100% natural ingredients and their artisanal production from generation to generation give it the same quality and know-how that have turned its flavor into tradition.

The factory is located in the heart of the Axarquía Malagueña, Algarrobo, sea and mountains, cradle of a family tradition linked to the traditional oil cakes.
