Appearance: Dark brown color with reddish hints.
Nose: Aromas of dried fruits, raisins and plums, followed by tones of vanilla, walnut, butter, chocolate and coffee.
Palate: Long and silky finish with hints of caramel and slight bitterness on the finish.

This 12-year-old traditional rum is distilled in a column before aging in oak barrels in a solera system, a method also used for aging sherry wines. The perpetual assembly obtained combines the power of youth with the complexity of older rums.
