Perdi Potato Chips are the result of a selection of the best quality potatoes, peeled and hand-peeled to remove impurities.
After their characteristic cut, we pass them through our fryer where they are submerged in a mixture of sunflower and olive oil to achieve their usual crunchy texture. However, the whole frying process is still done by hand, controlling the optimum browning point characteristic of Perdi Potato Chips, which makes them different.
The final touch is given by the salt, handmade, with sea salt, as always, to achieve the flavor that characterizes us and makes us unmistakable.
