Made from a careful selection of Macabeo and Parellada grapes, harvested in a selected and manual harvest from our best vineyards. After unloading and racking, fermentation is carried out at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, obtaining a unique and unique cuvée. Subsequently, the second fermentation is carried out in the bottle by the traditional method, providing a rosary of fine bubbles that are maintained over time. After undergoing a nine-month maturation process in the bottle, it is filled with a sweet expedition liqueur that gives it that semi-dry character that sweetens its entry and softens it on the palate.
