Inés Rosales Original Olive Oil Cake has been made since 1910 with the same original recipe. The formula was rescued by Inés Rosales Cabello from the family legacy. As in the past, they are still made by hand, one by one, to obtain their unique light, crunchy and flaky texture. They are made with anise and sesame or, as our grandmother would say, matalahúga and sesame. Their flavor takes us back to other times. A journey through the palate that invites to be enjoyed at any time. Handmade, one by one, the elaboration of our Tortas de Aceite is made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and selected natural ingredients, typical of the Mediterranean Diet. Each cake is unique and unrepeatable thanks to the delicate hands that shape it before toasting it in the oven.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil (24%), sugar, matalahúga, sesame seeds (0.6%), yeast, sea salt, and natural aniseed flavor.
