Barbadillo Blanco de Blancos shows the freshest side of the white wines made in the South, without renouncing the elegance and style that are typical of wines from clay and limestone soils. The Sauvignon Blanc variety is the protagonist, a grape that has adapted to the albariza soil and warm climate typical of the area.
