Aceite 1881 is a high quality extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) produced by S.A.T. Santa Teresa in Osuna, Andalusia. It is a blend of Manzanilla, Hojiblanca and Lechín olive varieties, which give it a fruity flavor with notes of olive leaf, tomato, artichoke and almond, along with a medium spiciness and bitterness. This oil is characterized by its natural decanting process, which gives it a distinctive texture, and is certified with the SIQEV international seal, guaranteeing its superior quality.
