1881 Alta Selección is an oil with personality, with medium spiciness, which is presented after having undergone an exclusive natural decanting process that gives it the texture so highly valued by our consumers.

Blend prepared from Manzanilla, Hojiblanca and Lechín varieties. The Manzanilla enhances its fruity aroma of olive leaves and tomato, the Hojiblanca transmits the aroma of artichoke and alloza and the Lechín provides the basis of its character.

Its canned packaging keeps it insulated from light and heat, helping it to maintain its initial characteristics throughout the recommended consumption period.
