Melva Fillets in Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil Pesasur RR-125 are fillets of Andalusian frigate tuna (a fish similar to mackerel) preserved in organic extra virgin olive oil, produced by Pesasur, a company based in Ayamonte, Huelva, Spain.

This product has the PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) certification of Melva de Andalucía, which guarantees its regional authenticity, and the CAAE seal of organic production.

Ingredients: Melva (fish), organic extra virgin olive oil and salt.

Packaging: They are usually marketed in glass jars or cans, with a net weight of approximately 120 g or 195 g (depending on the format). The drained weight of a 120 g can is approximately 80 g, and of a 195 g jar, between 120 and 135 g.
Characteristics: Pink color, smooth texture, pleasant aroma and distinctive flavor. Ideal to consume alone with its oil, in salads or as part of dressings.
