Faustino Rivero Ulecia Reserva Utiel-Requena 75 cl es un vino tinto reserva de la Denominaci\u00f3n de Origen (D.O.) Utiel-Requena, en la regi\u00f3n de Valencia (Espa\u00f1a), elaborado por Bodegas Faustino Rivero Ulecia (parte de la familia Marqueses del Atrio).<\/p>\r\n
Se trata de un coupage principalmente de Bobal (variedad aut\u00f3ctona dominante) y Tempranillo, que da como resultado un vino equilibrado, con cuerpo, aterciopelado y redondo. Es una opci\u00f3n de gran relaci\u00f3n calidad-precio, con buena estructura y notas tostadas de la crianza en barrica.<\/p>\r\n
Ha recibido reconocimientos como medalla de plata en concursos internacionales (ej. Concours Mondial de Bruxelles 2024 para la a\u00f1ada 2019, con 90 puntos en algunas valoraciones).<\/p>\r\n
Temperatura ideal: 16-18 \u00b0C.
\r\nMaridaje: Carnes a la parrilla, estofados, guisos, quesos curados, embutidos o incluso platos con salm\u00f3n ahumado (seg\u00fan experiencias de usuarios).<\/p>\r\n
