Il est fabriqu\u00e9 \u00e0 la main selon une recette s\u00e9culaire h\u00e9rit\u00e9e des moines franciscains qui vivaient dans le Convento de los Diezmos, qui faisait partie de l’ancien Convento de San Francisco.<\/p>\n
Le processus consiste \u00e0 s\u00e9lectionner soigneusement les meilleures graines de matalah\u00fava (anis), qui sont distill\u00e9es dans des alambics centenaires pour cr\u00e9er un anis d\u00e9licat et fin, aux reflets brillants, aux ar\u00f4mes d’anis caract\u00e9ristiques et au go\u00fbt doux en bouche.<\/p>\n
