Miura Licor de Guindas 70 Cl est une liqueur de cerise espagnole traditionnelle fabriqu\u00e9e par Destiler\u00edas de Cazalla, situ\u00e9 \u00e0 Cazalla de la Sierra, S\u00e9ville, dans le couvent historique de los Diezmos. \u00c9labor\u00e9e \u00e0 partir d’une recette s\u00e9culaire de moines franciscains datant du XVe si\u00e8cle, elle est obtenue en faisant mac\u00e9rer des cerises sauvages (guindas) dans une fine eau-de-vie anis\u00e9e distill\u00e9e dans d’antiques alambics. Le processus consiste \u00e0 s\u00e9lectionner soigneusement des cerises m\u00fbres, \u00e0 les faire mac\u00e9rer pendant au moins six mois et \u00e0 les presser d\u00e9licatement pour en extraire leur saveur intense et leur couleur rouge rubis caract\u00e9ristique.
